Our Infrastructure

We are equipped with a robust infrastructure facility with units like cutting shop equipped with bandshaw machines, furnace unit, Forge shop, heat treatment facilities, etc. There is also a highly sophisticated machine shop equipped with different types of boring and lathe machines to carry out the production process with ease. Besides being equipped with all these facilities, we are also empowered by a strong and highly skilled workforce, which works round the clock to take the company to great heights.

Overview

We would like to introduce ourselves as a manufacturing company for medium to heavy steel Forging out of Carbon, Alloy and Stainless Steel with the help of 1500 Ton Hydraulic Press equipped with manipulator. The forgings are duly heat-treated to achieve the required physical properties and are supplied in Proof-machined/ready to use condition. Our in-house facilities include Fully chemical, physical and NDT lab to ensure quality at every stage of Forging. The customers of our group include an array of satisfied Public and Private sector organizations.

Mission

Our organization is having a sole motto to produce quality products keeping in mind the tailor made requirements of the customer to ensure timely delivery duly inspected by your/third party inspector with in a competitive price range. We are equipped with vast range of Forging and machining facilities that can meet all necessary requirements of the customers

The forging produced are duly heat treated to achieve the required Micro structure & physical properties. We are in position to supply these forgings in Proof-machined/ready to use condition. Our in-house facilities include fully equipped chemical, physical and NDT lab to ensure quality at every stage of Forging

Vision

With exposure to the rapidly changing market, we keep updating ourselves with all available technologies possible, like Ring rolling machines with 3 mtr Dia and 800 mm Height is at the advance stage of installation to produce about 500 MT per month.

We are very well understand that the productivity of an industry suffers due to deficiency in quality and ultimately supply of the ordered material. We feel proud to state that we have a team of trained, quality cautious personnel's to maintain quality and time bound delivery schedule as per the specific requirement of the customer. Our quality assurance department draws up the required quality plans for all forgings to be checked at every stage as each. Forging is tailor-made to meet the necessary requirements of our valued customer.
